1) All updates have a maximum of a 3-day turnaround timeframe.  Any requests after 12pm EST will be considered next business day.  All updates are to be emailed to ESI.

2) Any updates over the contracted monthly limit will be charged an hourly rate of $60/hr, starting at 15 minutes over limit.

*The 15 HPM plan includes rollover hours to carry over to the next month, but will not be refunded if any remain after contract expires.
